The fifth and final issue of Aleš Kot and Tradd Moore's The New World closes out this Image series with a cover that's as visually striking as anything in the run — three silhouetted and semi-silhouetted figures layered in profile against a wash of vivid pink, orange, and blue gradients, their identities simultaneously obscured and illuminated. Heather Moore's cover art uses bold graphic design sensibilities to suggest convergence, with glowing eyes on the central dark figure hinting at something charged beneath the surface. It's a beautifully composed send-off image for a series that always knew how to make a visual statement.
