Dell's long-running western series delivers a punchy April 1951 cover from Ernest Nordli, showing the black-masked Lone Ranger in close-quarters action — his fist driving into a struggling opponent's jaw while the man's hand flails desperately upward. The oversized domino mask looming above the title logo makes for a striking design, and the promise of 52 all-comics pages inside means plenty of frontier adventure anchored by Fran Striker's writing and Charles Flanders's art.
