The Incomplete Death's Head #6
In "Framing Sequence," Death's Head is hired by Thea to track down her missing husband, Keepsake, and his hidden treasure—only to find himself caught in a web of betrayals, shifting alliances, and deadly double-crosses. As loyalties fracture and old enemies resurface, even the Vulture abandons Keepsake to follow Death's Head, while Thea faces a perilous fate on a sinking boat. Written by Simon Furman and illustrated by John Higgins, with colors by Nick Abadzis and letters by Annie Halfacree, this 1993 Marvel UK issue features a cover by Charlie Adlard that captures the tension perfectly.

Thea hires Death's Head to find her husband, Keepsake, and his treasure. Keepsake allies himself with Death's Head and Thea against Colt, who has captured Bahlia and stolen the map. Defeating Colt, Keepsake pays Death's Head to double-cross Thea. Death's Head, in turn, double-crosses him and takes all of the treasure. Vulture, Keepsake's pet, abandons him and follows Death's Head. Thea is stranded in a sinking boat with Colt. Dead Cert hires Short Fuse to kill Death's Head before Undertaker and Big Shot do.
