Brilliant surgeon and grave-robber Dr. Chaney wants to build a super-brain by puzzling together the best parts of five different brains. His dumb assistant is to be the carrier of the new brain. Chaney mistreats his assistant, who then destroys the brain in a rage and switches it with a lion brain. Chaney kills his assistant and unknowingly transplants the animal brain into him. The assistant goes on a rampage.
