The Fuse #17

Issue #17 of Image's The Fuse brings the "Perihelion" arc to its fifth and final chapter with a cover that's all quiet menace — a single gloved hand extending a bloodied knife against a stark white background, an enormous burnt-orange sun looming behind it. The minimalist design from Johnston, Greenwood, Chankhamma, and Ferrier lets that blade do all the talking, and it speaks volumes about the tension this series has been building. A fittingly sharp close to a storyline set aboard one of comics' most intriguing orbital settings.
