The Fuse #15

The Fuse's "Perihelion" arc reaches its third installment with this Image Comics issue, and the cover sets an immediately gripping tone — a lone, armed figure runs across a debris-strewn ground toward a massive orange sun dominating the background, with what appear to be fallen bodies visible at the edges of the scene. The stark, largely white composition by the Johnston, Greenwood, Chankhamma, and Ferrier team gives that solitary running figure a real sense of desperate urgency. If you've been following this grounded sci-fi police procedural, issue #15 looks like it's raising the stakes in a serious way.
