Harvey Comics brings everyone's favorite little ghost to a carnival setting in this cheerful 1961 entry. The cover finds Casper at what appears to be a ticket booth, holding out a small card or ticket toward a wide-eyed, nervous-looking dog who peers over the counter — a perfectly charming bit of everyday comedy with a supernatural twist. It's a warm snapshot of Casper doing what he does best: trying to make friends, even when the other fellow isn't quite sure what to make of him.
