☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeCasper takes the plunge in this delightful 1980 Harvey issue, appearing underwater in a charming blue hue as he holds a starting pistol and calls out "On your mark… get set…" to a colorful lineup of eager fish, while a snail and a crab look on from the seafloor. It's a genuinely fun setup — the world's most famous ghost moonlighting as an underwater race starter, surrounded by coral and curious sea life. Casper finds the puppets in a cave and realizes that the puppets in the dungeon are actually the real people, turned into puppets. He tells Wendy's aunts, who chase Wanda and the other witches out of the forest homes. Casper finds Papa Piper and tells him the story, and they head for the dungeon, where Casper removes the puppet spell with Wendy's wand. When Piper locks him in with the others, Casper realizes that he's Wartley in disguise. After escaping, Casper, Wendy, and the others confront Wartley and drive him away.
