The Friendly Ghost, Casper #199

Casper glides effortlessly across the cover of this 1978 Harvey charmer, cheerfully declaring "I don't roller-skate — I floater-skate!" while two puzzled kids on roller skates look on with big question marks floating above their heads. It's a perfectly playful scene that captures everything endearing about the world's most famous ghost — his good-natured joy and his charmingly unconventional way of doing things.
