The Friendly Ghost, Casper #155

Even the world's friendliest ghost can have an off day — and on the cover of this 1971 Harvey Comics entry, Casper is propped up in a little green bed with an ice pack on his head and a thermometer glowing red-hot in his mouth, heat waves rising dramatically from his feverish form. A startled ghost doctor recoils in alarm at the sight, stethoscope dangling, clearly not prepared for quite this kind of patient. It's a charming, lighthearted setup that makes Casper the Friendly Ghost #155 a warm snapshot of Harvey's gentle humor at its best.
