Harvey Comics' long-running Harvey Comics' beloved little ghost is at it again — on this 1969 cover, a startled Casper has apparently popped out of a colorful jack-in-the-box, sending a toy soldier, a clown, a jester, and a small hobby horse scattering in every direction. There's a charming irony in the world's friendliest ghost being the one causing all the commotion, and the scattering toys make for a wonderfully lively scene. At just 15 cents, issue #133 is a delightful slice of late-'60s Harvey Comics fun.
