The Fox and the Crow #51
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThe Crow has pulled off another fast one — here he is grinning smugly from inside a cooking pot on the dinner table, lifting the lid to taunt a wide-eyed, open-mouthed Fox with "Lookin' for something, Foxie?" This September 1958 DC offering captures the duo's signature dynamic perfectly, with the Fox caught completely off guard mid-meal while his scheming feathered nemesis steals the scene. Cover art by Jim Davis delivers the broad, rubbery expressions that made this series such a delight for readers of all ages.

The hounds find a wanted poster for Slippery Slim and decide to catch him for the reward, instead of chasing the Hare. The Hare disguises himself and Slim as each other, hoping to get the hounds to chase him again, but they tire of the chase and go back to chasing the "Hare" (disguised Slim).
