The Crow's breakfast scheme reaches a new low in this 1957 DC comedy gem — the cover shows a frantic Fox jolting awake in bed while the Crow cheerfully explains that he cranked up the electric blanket to fry his eggs right on top of it, skillet and all sizzling away in the rumpled red sheets. It's the kind of absurd, perfectly escalating gag that made The Fox and the Crow such a delight, and with all-new stories inside, there's plenty more mischief where that came from.
