About this Collection
This 1988 collection from First Comics reprints the complete four-issue miniseries set in L. Frank Baum's Oz. The story follows the Scarecrow, Tin Woodman, and Cowardly Lion as they venture into a dark, uncharted region of Oz where a mysterious forest has appeared, threatening the land's magic. Written by Eric Shanower with art by Shanower and David W. Bixby, it expands the classic Oz mythology with new characters and perils.
