Ollie escapes from the police with Broderick's laptop that he stole from Queen Enterprises, but is confronted by Diggle, who is surprised to find Oliver alive and has a score to settle with him. Meanwhile, Black Canary tracks the Ninth Circle to their ship, the Inferno, but is surprised to find that Emiko is working with them. Caught off guard, Dinah is overcome by Emiko and becomes a captive of the Ninth Circle.
