The Expanse: A Little Death #2

The second chapter of this four-part Expanse miniseries from BOOM! Studios arrives with a striking cover by Christian Ward — a close-up portrait of a man rendered in fragmented blues and greens, his expression caught somewhere between apprehension and resolve, with a smaller ghostly figure of the same man reflected across his chest. Swirling orbital rings and luminous planetary spheres fill the deep red background, giving the whole image a sense of cosmic unease. Writers Wes Chatham and Andy Diggle, working with artist Francesco Pisa and colorist Sarah Stern, continue what promises to be a tense, visually inventive addition to The Expanse universe.
