The Enforcers gather at a disturbance revealed to be their teammate Sorceress, who unexpectedly lashes out at Omegon, her teammate & romantic partner. In a flashback, Sorceress awakens on Earth & Omegon protects her from an insectoid monster. The two then form the Enforcers & build a team to help the world. The Enforcers' main adversary is Helicon, a demon trapped in his realm. Helicon uses his powers to assemble a team of villains under his control to attack Earth & its protectors. In a final twist, Sorceress learns that she's the daughter of Helicon, who wants her to aid in his conquests.
