Terry and Fatty are arguing about an oil tanker. Terry raps the tanker with a broom and this discloses that Captain Whoosh is behind a false panel. Smart Alec is inside a bank and gasses the staff. Captain Whoosh attempts to escape but Terry breaks a pipe on the rocket back pack causing Captain Whoosh to fall on a bus roof. Fatty trips up Smart Alec. Alec gasses Fatty. Alec grabs a ladder thrown down from the bus roof by Captain Whoosh, who has repaired the jet pack, and then both of them jet on to a passing lorry. Terry is hidden on the lorry and now has to think of a way to trap them both.
