Smasher is walking along when his cousin Pete rushes past. As he does so, he passes Smasher a ball. A moment later an angry man comes round the corner, sees Smasher with the ball and accuses Smasher of breaking his window. Smasher runs away and then offers Tommy the ball. As Tommy bends down he drops his hod of bricks onto the angry man. Tommy throws the ball away and it breaks the window of another house. Another angry man comes out and starts to chase Smasher. Smasher passes his cousin, Pete, and hands the ball back. Both angry men then catch Pete as the culprit for both windows
