The Crimson Comet Comic #10

Ralph Rivers, a private investigator, investigates a murder at the Flamingo Night Club after a girl is shot and a hunchbacked suspect in a white trench coat flees the scene. When police arrive seeking a man named Lazani, Rivers pursues the lead to the club's back entrance. Rivers discovers the real killer is a man named Richie who was turned into a hunchback, and manages to capture him after a struggle in the club's cellar, thwarting the criminal's escape attempt.
