"Round the World in a Flying Fish" follows Jack and Jill as they pilot an experimental aircraft-submarine and encounter the Grey Shadow, a mysterious masked figure who saves them from danger in an underwater cave. The issue also features "Out of Doors with Uncle Reg," a nature educational column about birds of streams and ponds, and "Mystery of the Moor," a mystery story about the Hawks and their involvement with smugglers and a grill near the top of a door.
