Commander Zero's ship has crashed into the uncharted wastelands of Mars far from the Earth Colony. Only he and his Science Officer, Ms. Luna Clone survive. Stranded with only the air tanks on their backs, they are spied by Oxnox 3, a local Martin trader, who scams them out of their weapons in trade of a map to the nearest Earth Base. As Zero and Luna make their way to "safety," Oxnox 3 wonders if he maybe should have mentioned the Earth Base was deserted.
