The Brave and the Bold: Batman and Wonder Woman #3

The third chapter of this six-issue DC miniseries drops Batman and Wonder Woman into what looks like a mythologically charged brawl, with the two heroes fighting back-to-back against a horde of monstrous, moss-covered creatures in a murky, overgrown landscape. Batman drives his fist into one hulking beast while Wonder Woman unleashes her own ferocity below him, her lasso in hand, as more grotesque figures close in from all sides. Liam Sharp's intricately detailed linework — colored with rich, moody greens and purples by Romulo Fajardo Jr. — makes this cover feel genuinely alive, perfectly suited to a story venturing into the Celtic otherworld of Tir Na Nog.
