The Batman & Scooby-Doo Mysteries #2
In "The Secret of Slaughter Swamp," the Mystery Inc. gang stumbles upon a bizarre tourist attraction in the heart of Gotham’s swamplands, where thrill-seekers line up for selfies with a rumored swamp-zombie version of Solomon Grundy. With Batman already on the case—suspicious of a prisoner who shouldn’t be free—Jo and the gang must untangle the mystery before the swamp reveals its true secrets. Written by J. Torres and brought to life with vivid art by Scott Jeralds, this 2024 adventure blends Gotham’s grit with classic Scooby-Doo charm, all under a cover by Scott Jeralds.

Entrepreneur Cyril Gold has turned his worthless swampland just outside Gotham into a destination activity called "The Slaughter Swamp Experience", where enthusiastic, phone-camera-toting young people sign-up for Gold's "Paranormal Tours" in the hopes of getting a selfie with swamp-zombie Solomon Grundy. The Mystery Inc. gang chances upon Gold's unusual enterprise only to find Batman already investigating it because he put Grundy in Blackgate Penitentiary shortly before.
