The Astounding Wolf-Man charges into its second issue with a cover that pulls no punches — a snarling, red-eyed werewolf bursts forward through a torrent of blood-red splatter, claws and fangs bared in a display of raw, feral intensity. Jason Howard's cover art gives the creature a bold, angular design that's equal parts menacing and visually striking against the stark white background. With Robert Kirkman writing and Howard handling the full art duties, this 2007 Image series already has the look of something with real bite to it.
