Mark Millar and Olivier Coipel's globe-spanning superhero series reaches its fourth chapter with a cover that radiates cool, street-level tension. A young woman in all black — futuristic visor shielding her eyes, a compact weapon resting in her gloved hands — sits with quiet intensity against a graffiti-tagged wall, shattered mosaic tiles scattered at her feet.
