Spider-Man y Vin escapan de Rykers ya que todos los internos tratan de matarlos. Carlie lleva a Bill Hollister las pruebas de que están inculpando a Spidey pero llegan policías a arrestarla. Lily furiosa por su amiga se convierte en Amenaza y los ataca. Spidey pelea con ella pero es Harry como el Duende que vuela llevando un suero para transformar a la villana de vuelta en Lily. Hollister gana las elecciones de alcalde pero no acepta el trabajo ya qua su hija ha sido revelada públicamente como Amenaza. Vin arresta a su viejo jefe. Norman Osborn tiene una breve platica con la prisionera Lily.
