The Adventures of Tintin #[14]
"Explorers on the Moon" delivers a thrilling lunar adventure from the legendary Hergé, with additional writing by Leslie Lonsdale-Cooper and Michael Turner, and artwork fully realized by Hergé in both pencils and inks. As the crew lands safely on the Moon despite unexpected dangers and a stowaway mishap, tensions rise when a betrayal is uncovered—leading to a desperate struggle and a final, selfless act that ensures their return. The cover, also by Hergé, captures the moment with striking precision, making this 1976 issue a standout in the series.
