About this Collection
This volume collects the nineteenth adventure in Hergé's classic series, originally serialized in 1961-1962. The story finds Tintin, Snowy, and Captain Haddock at Marlinspike Hall when the famous opera singer Bianca Castafiore arrives for an unexpected visit, leading to a series of misunderstandings and a missing emerald. Unlike most Tintin adventures, this one is a comedic mystery set almost entirely at the estate, with no global travel or major villains.
