On a return visit to Danny's cousin Arthur, a newspaper editor, Rex becomes a news photographer. They want a picture of a reclusive millionaire, but are chased off by guards. They sneak inside and Rex snaps pics with his neck-camera. "Caught a good close up of him this time!" The picture alerts a distant relative the poser is not the millionaire, so they sneak back inside. Rex knocks down guards and snatches their guns, and they rescue the hostage millionaire.
