Peter and Beetle are sunning themselves in a field of wheat when they spot an unidentified aircraft approaching and take refuge in the Wheatfield Castle. After discovering they've left their swords behind, they seek help from Billy Beaver the Carpenter, who fashions two swords for them in a jiffy. When guards discover Peter untied and realize it was a trick, they pursue him, leading to his capture and imprisonment in the dungeon. Peter manages to escape, but soldiers pursuing him encounter a giant anteater, creating chaos that allows them to flee with a treasure chest before the enemy forces can recover and launch a counterattack.
