Tex Ritter must stop a gang of criminals who have stolen a safe containing valuable securities from a stagecoach. When the outlaws attempt to hang an innocent man named Joe, Tex intervenes and pursues the thieves, ultimately catching them and recovering the stolen safe. The story involves a dramatic confrontation where Tex must prove the man's innocence while preventing the gang's escape.
