Heckle and Jeckle add an electronic brain to a scarecrow and use it as a money-making device to do various household tasks. The electronic part comes loose while the scarecrow is hanging wallpaper in a lady hippo’s house. The papering gets way out of control, in absurd Jim Tyer fashion.
