The Claw uses Slinky (a traitorous mouse in a Mighty Mouse costume) to commit crimes in Terrytown, for which Mighty Mouse is jailed. He submits voluntarily to this imprisonment, until his name can be cleared by legal means, as The Claw's gang runs rampant.
