Terry and Hotshot attempt a daring rescue of the Dragon Lady from the clutches of the "Owl," a criminal mastermind, while navigating pirate threats and international intrigue involving stolen freight and military intelligence. A secondary story, "The Adventures of Hotshot Charlie: Dirty Trick," follows Charlie as he uses deception to win over a woman by posing as a refined Harvard graduate, only to be caught in his scheme when she discovers his true working-class identity.
