"Tyrants of Terror!" follows Jo-Jo as he battles an evil sorcerer and his minions in a jungle kingdom. Jo-Jo fights through flames and combat with the sorcerer's forces, including warriors and a shapeshifting demon that takes the form of a lion. The sorcerer attempts to kill Jo-Jo through various means including fire and blade combat, but Jo-Jo ultimately defeats him and escapes the jungle realm.

When a sorcerer's tales of a hidden kingdom ruled by fierce pygmy women reach Jo-Jo's ears, the adventurer ventures into the jungle despite Tanee's disapproval—only to discover Queen Mazda and her tiny tribe are very real. After rescuing them from a fearsome beast, Jo-Jo finds himself welcomed as a potential mate and king, but a ruthless trader named Sam Blude has other plans: capture the pygmy maidens for profit and leave the cursed kingdom forever, condemning them to age and death. Now Jo-Jo must race against time and deadly jungle perils to save Queen Mazda before the ancient curse claims her life.
