Tequila #2

From Jerry Frissen and Gobi comes the second volume of Lucha Libre's Tequila — "Tant Pis pour le Sud" — and the cover alone makes a compelling case for the whole series. Dominating the foreground is an enormous, mud-colored masked wrestler, muscles coiled and mask gleaming green, radiating the kind of unstoppable energy that only lucha libre can conjure. Above him, a pink-clad fighter leaps through a swirl of action, hinting at the colorful chaos Les Humanoïdes Associés delivered in this 2009 release.
