After weeks of fighting on the Korean front, marines Spike and Bat catch a weekend leave in Hawaii when their ship stops over—and what starts as a friendly competition for a young woman's attention quickly spirals into chaos when Bat steals Spike's clothes and impersonates him on a date. With mistaken identities, a beach brawl, and the Shore Patrol closing in, these two leathernecks are about to learn that Hawaiian romance comes with some serious complications.
