Frank Fosco's cover for this 2019 IDW issue drops readers straight into a tense sewer confrontation, where a Turtle — sword drawn — urgently shouts "Fight it, Leatherhead!" at the massive mutant alligator looming over him. A shadowy figure reaches in from the edge of the frame, apparently the source of the chilling declaration that "The Turtles are your enemy!" It's a gripping setup pitting loyalty against manipulation, rendered with Fosco's muscular linework in the gritty underground atmosphere the Urban Legends series does so well.
