All four Turtles loom large in cool blue tones on Frank Fosco's cover for this 2019 IDW issue, their weapons at the ready — nunchaku, sai, bo staff, and katana all visible — while a snarling, red-eyed creature with bat-like wings tears through the center of the composition with striking ferocity.
