Two armored Turtles descend into a flooded industrial chamber to face an enormous, battle-scarred Leatherhead, whose glowing eyes and open jaws dominate this tense cover by Mateus Santolouco. The overhead perspective draws the eye straight down into the golden-lit water, making the massive crocodilian mutant feel genuinely imposing against the two comparatively small figures bracing for a confrontation.
