This issue contains two stories. "Thrill-Seekers' Weekend" follows a girl named Doris who is pressured by her boyfriend to go out to a bar and have fun, despite her initial reluctance; after meeting a boy named Mike, she discovers his true depth and character, learning that wealth and superficial thrills aren't everything. The second story features a girl named Judy who comes from a poor background and meets a wealthy man; through their relationship, she grapples with class differences and questions about love, ambition, and whether marrying for money is a realistic or advisable path for girls her age.
