Tech Jacket #7

The cover of Tech Jacket #7 puts the armored hero front and center, dual-wielding a glowing energy blade and a heavy multi-barreled weapon while facing down a massive mechanical beast that coils around him with claws, tail, and snapping jaws. E.J. Su's linework gives both figures an impressive sense of scale and mechanical detail, making the confrontation feel genuinely tense. Robert Kirkman and Aubrey Sitterson's sci-fi series was clearly firing on all cylinders by 2013, and this issue promises more of the action-packed extraterrestrial adventure the title delivers so well.
