Dot and Lotta go for a weekend trip to a ski lodge. On their way there and once they arrive, Lotta has several accidents involving the same tough looking man. They suspect he is a criminal, but it turns out he is the owner of the lodge. After one too many incidents with Lotta, he demands that they leave the lodge. They refuse, stating that they have paid for their rooms, so the owner decides to leave himself. While driving away, his car is covered by snow from an avalanche. Lotta rushes to the rescue and the grateful lodge owner says they can stay at his expense.
