The story features artwork by Roberto Andrade Dorante and a cover by tryckstil, capturing the adventure in a 1973 Swedish edition priced at 4,75 SEK or 6 FIM.
In "Det dubbla hotet," Tarzan encounters the nomadic tribe of Schejk Yusuf, where his daughter Aminda attempts to steal a gold apé from a jungle tribe using her chemical knowledge. When her plan fails, she and her father orchestrate a deadly flood to drown the village, but Tarzan intervenes—using the strength of elephants to halt the rising waters.
In "Gamarna i Saparta," Tarzan teams up with the villagers of Saparta as they face a terrifying threat: giant spiders that raid the jungle and abduct adults. With the help of kung Coru and the local people, Tarzan guides them in crafting massive bow and arrows to defend their home.
In "De glömda monstren," Tarzan teams up with his friend Mako Zanzar to search for uranium deep in the jungle, only to accidentally unleash colossal insects Mako names "dinocopter." As the creatures wreak havoc on nearby villages, Tarzan and Mako must work together to track them back to their hidden grotto and seal them away before the destruction spreads further.
