This anthology issue features three stories: In the X-Zero story, the criminal mastermind X.Zero holds Miss Condon hostage for $750,000 in ransom, but the clever Mr. Kowar tricks him into releasing her by threatening to expose the crime to police, after which X.Zero departs and Kowar suggests they take a world tour together. "Bull's-Eye" Bill depicts Bill's World War II military service in Burma, where he confronts treachery and fights for revenge, culminating in a tragic moment when Mac Douglas is killed by a Japanese bayonet. "U.S. Royal and His Jet-Propelled Bike" shows the superhero working with a bike club to stop the criminal Big Carl, who has kidnapped the warden's daughter; U.S. Royal uses his jet-propelled bike to prevent a crash and rescue the girl, with the bike club praising the safety features of U.S. Bike Tires.
