Target Comics v1 #9

This anthology issue features multiple superhero stories. Space Hawk battles alien creatures on Mars while trying to recover a stolen weapon, discovering that the tidal pull between Mars and its moons threatens to launch the largest canal into space. Lucky Byrd encounters criminals at a train station and pursues them, eventually subduing the gang with help from law enforcement. A third story shows a character named Cristo being attacked by a large ape-like creature; rangers are called to help corner and capture the beast before it can crush him.
