Target Comics #9

Target Comics Vol. 7 No. 9 (November 1946) is an anthology featuring multiple stories. The issue also includes "Fraidy Cat Phil," a humorous short about Phil finding a lucky horseshoe that brings him misfortune instead, ultimately leading to his capture by a criminal known as Trigger-Finger Fink.
