The White Streak, on the trail of Fifth Columnists and saboteurs, realizes that his face is known to the criminal element, so he asks Agent Hook to provide a means of giving him a new face. Once that is accomplished, the Streak joins the Green Tie Society in order to learn how best to stop the group's unpatriotic activities.
