Tally-Ho Comics #1 is an anthology featuring multiple stories. "Snowman" follows a character who encounters monsters and discovers something frightening in the comics. "Smile Events" presents a humorous tale involving military personnel, a shaving incident, and a share-the-ride-club idea. "No Revenge" chronicles Joe Grant's quest to find Frank Means, the man responsible for his father's murder in St. Louis; after years of searching across America, Joe finally locates Means and works as a mechanic to get close to him, while a supernatural story-within-the-story about a last surviving woman on Earth provides a mysterious narrative interlude.
